Shipping policy

Made in LA, small batch
Some of our pieces are made after you order. That's how we keep runs small and quality right, and it means shipping takes a little longer than a warehouse brand.

When your order ships
Most orders ship within 2 weeks of ordering, often sooner. During drops and holidays it can take longer, and we'll say so on the product page.

When it arrives
U.S.: 3-6 business days after the carrier picks it up. All in, most orders arrive within 3 weeks of ordering.
International: 7-14 business days after pickup, plus customs time.
We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on where you are.

Shipping cost
U.S.: free on orders $100+. Under $100 it's a flat $7.
International: calculated at checkout.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking email when your shipping label is created. We sometimes create the label before your order leaves the studio, so if tracking says "label created," your order hasn't shipped yet. It'll start moving once the carrier scans it.
If it's been more than 2 weeks since you ordered and tracking hasn't moved, email sinmiedolosangeles@gmail.com with your order number.
