Refund & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, EXCEPT FOR SIZE EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective (see policy below).

If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer an exchange for the same product in a different size, subject to availability and the following conditions:

·         You must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

·         The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.

·         The customer is responsible for return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

·         Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. You may place a new order for the correct size at any time.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims must include clear photos of the item and the packaging. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sin Miedo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

·         Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

·         Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

International Shipping     -      7-14 business days*

*International shipping times may vary depending on the country and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days, check your spam folder or email sinmiedolosangeles@gmail.com.

Address Errors & Delivery Issues

·         We cannot modify shipping addresses after an order is placed.

·         If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will need to cover the re-shipping cost.

·         Sin Miedo is not responsible for carrier delays, missed deliveries, or customs holds.

International Shipping & Duties

·         All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival.

·         Sin Miedo does not collect VAT, duties, or import taxes and cannot predict additional charges.

·         Contact your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
